At around 1:00 a.m. on April 23, a patrol team led by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tam, Deputy Captain of Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Province Police, was on duty on Ho Chi Minh Road, through Quang Tin Commune, Dak R'Lap District, when they received a request for emergency assistance from a passenger bus driver traveling on the Ho Chi Minh City - Gia Lai route. There was a 4-month-old baby in the car who was in critical condition, showing signs of difficulty breathing and his entire body turning purple.

The task force used a special vehicle of the Traffic Police force to urgently take the child to the Dak R'Lap District Medical Center for emergency treatment. When arriving, the child was in critical condition, lying motionless, with a pale body. With timely emergency care from doctors, the patient's health gradually improved. The task force of the Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Provincial Police continued to coordinate with the family and medical team to take the child to Dak Nong Provincial General Hospital for treatment.
By 7am this morning, the child's health had stabilized and his life was no longer in danger. The child's father, Nguyen Trong Tuyen (residing in La Nhin Commune, Chu Pah District, Gia Lai Province) was very grateful for the timely support from the Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Province Police.
