Recently, in Hanoi, Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited (TSHPCo) successfully organized the 2024 Labor Conference.
Attending the conference were representatives of the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO2), leaders, officers and employees of TSHPCo.
Mr. Vu Xuan Dung, Chairman and Director of the Company, reported on the implementation results of production and business plan targets in 2023 and the first months of 2024.

At the conference, Mr. Vu Xuan Dung, Chairman and Director of the company, representing the employer, reported on the results of implementing production and business tasks, construction investment in 2023 and the first 4 months of 2024; directions and tasks of the plan for 2024.
The conference also heard the Chairman of TSHPCo Trade Union present a report assessing the implementation of the collective labor agreement in 2023, the use of welfare funds, and the implementation of policies related to the rights and obligations of employers and employees.
At the conference, the delegates discussed many issues related to the regime, policies and difficulties and problems of workers. The comments were in agreement with the reports presented, highly appreciating the efforts of the leadership and workers over the past time, contributing significantly to the completion of the assigned programs and plans.
Speaking at the conference, the representative of EVNGENCO2 union praised and acknowledged the results that TSHPCo leaders have implemented in resolving workers' petitions in 2023.
2024 is forecasted to be a particularly difficult year in the context of the current general difficulties of the entire electricity industry. Therefore, the leaders of EVNGENCO2 call on all employees and the company's board of directors to make efforts, unite, and continue to promote the achieved results to successfully complete the assigned tasks and plans for 2024; at the same time, join hands to share difficulties with the electricity industry, strengthen the implementation of measures to use electricity economically and effectively.
On this occasion, EVNGENCO2 Trade Union presented gifts to TSHPCo workers on the occasion of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month 2024 to encourage and motivate workers.
Within the framework of the conference, the People's Inspectorate for the 2024-2026 term, consisting of 3 members, was elected in accordance with regulations.

The 2024 Labor Conference of Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited was a great success. 100% of delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Labor Conference and agreed to sign the collective labor agreement at the conference. This shows that the TSHPCo labor collective shows high determination to work with EVN/EVNGENCO2 to overcome all difficulties and challenges, successfully complete assigned tasks and plans, build a sustainable development company, and improve the material and spiritual life of employees.
