Since the beginning of this year, Dong Nai Hydropower Company has focused all its efforts on electricity production and trading; at the same time, closely following the requirements and tasks of ensuring stable electricity supply.

Currently, through inspection, the water level of Dong Nai 3 and Dong Nai 4 hydropower reservoirs is at 583.9 meters, higher than the water level specified in the inter-reservoir operation process on the Dong Nai river basin in the same period (from 576.7 - 578.6 meters). The company has ensured the minimum flow to the downstream (50 m3/s), contributing to ensuring the water supply needs for the downstream area in the dry season and electricity production according to the assigned plan.

The Operation Workshop ensures that the units at Dong Nai 3 and Dong Nai 4 hydropower plants operate safely and efficiently.

The electricity production results in the first quarter of 2025 reached 374.21 million kWh (equal to 102.1% of the assigned plan) and the availability coefficient reached 98.58%. The generators operated safely and reliably, without any incidents leading to the shutdown of the generators. The shifts complied with the shift regime, consistently implementing the instructions of the Company's leaders in the operation and production of electricity. Thereby, ensuring the safety of equipment and workers during the process of electricity production.

In addition, Dong Nai Hydropower Company regularly and proactively inspects and maintains equipment systems and works so that generators are always ready to meet the power system operation method of the National Power System and Market Operation Company Limited (NSMO).

Company leaders and representatives of departments and workshops inspected equipment systems, occupational safety and hygiene, and ensured electricity supply for the dry season of 2025.

In addition, labor safety in production is also checked throughout. The company always considers workers as the most valuable asset, so the dissemination of safety regulations before and during the shift, operation and repair work is always updated, ensuring safety not only for workers but also for the entire power production line.
