Tuyen Quang Power Company has directed its affiliated power companies to pay attention to monitoring indexes, issuing invoices, and receiving customer feedback on the electronic metering system. At the same time, it is noted that power companies should closely check customers' electricity consumption indexes before issuing invoices; conduct re-inspections of customers whose electricity consumption has increased or decreased by 30% or more compared to the previous month, in order to avoid subjective errors...
In addition, in cases where customers have questions or require checking electronic meters with a sudden increase in electricity consumption, the electricity industry will send staff to the home to check the errors of the electronic meter and the customer's electricity usage. From there, promptly resolve requests, ensuring the rights of customers using electricity.
The efforts of Tuyen Quang Electricity Company in deploying the installation of electronic meters at the unit show a rapid change in the approach to the management and operation of the power system from converting the manual model to semi-automatic. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of business services, aiming at customer satisfaction, serving the development of the local economy and society.
