Thanh Hoa Electricity Company organizes training on how to use and maintain battery-powered tools and equipment.

Milwaukee Vietnam's technical experts provide an overview and instructions for using battery-powered devices.

This is one of the programs in the Company's 2025 training plan to gradually improve the quality of human resources, access and apply technology to the unit's production and business activities. Accordingly, the teaching content is taught by a team of lecturers who are engineers from Thanh Hoa PC Technical Department and technical experts from Milwaukee Vietnam - a supplier of modern technical equipment, widely used in the electrical industry. The program is systematically built, combining theory and practice, accompanied by visual illustrations, real equipment and exercises close to real work.

The theoretical part focuses on instructing the use of provided battery-powered equipment such as: screwdrivers, bolt tighteners, hand saws, branch cutters, etc. At the same time, students are also introduced to new equipment and technological solutions such as: magnetic drills, high-capacity hydraulic presses/cutters, band saws, vacuum cleaners, troubleshooting lights, Pack-out multi-purpose tool boxes, etc.

The practical part allows students to directly perform steps such as drilling, tightening, cutting cables, pressing cosse... at the simulation site, helping them master the skills and how to apply equipment to practical work.

From the results achieved, it can be affirmed that organizing training courses is not only a practical step in standardizing technical operations, but also clearly demonstrates the orientation of digital transformation and modernization of working tools of the unit. Through practical content, modern teaching equipment and vivid communication methods, the class has received many positive feedbacks from students. This is an important foundation to help staff supplement necessary knowledge and skills, contributing to improving operational efficiency, maintenance work as well as ensuring labor safety in the entire system in the coming time.
