BHG - Over the years, Ha Giang Electricity Company has always been a pioneer in caring for the material and spiritual life of employees. In 2024, despite many difficulties, the Company has continued to make efforts to implement grassroots democracy regulations and organize practical activities to care for union members and employees.

Recognizing the important role of the Labor Conference in promoting the ownership of the collective of cadres and employees, implementing democratic regulations at the workplace, and collecting opinions from employees to accurately and accurately reflect their wishes and aspirations. Labor Conferences are organized seriously, publicly, democratically with flexible forms, suitable to the characteristics of each unit. As a result, 40 opinions and recommendations from employees were compiled, mainly related to policies, working conditions and production and business. These opinions are considered and responded to directly or through periodic dialogues, demonstrating openness and transparency in management.

One of the bright spots in caring for employees at Ha Giang Electricity Company is the strict implementation of the contents of the Collective Labor Agreement. 100% of employees have signed contracts and fully participate in social insurance, health insurance , and unemployment insurance with a total amount of more than 28.6 billion VND in 2024. The salary and income regime is always public, transparent, and ensures fairness. The average income of electricity production employees is 24.1 million VND/person/month; the average income of the company's officers and employees is up to 27.2 million VND/person/month. These are numbers that demonstrate the efforts in income distribution associated with production efficiency.

In addition, the Company also focuses on training and improving skills with more than 8,600 training sessions in 2024, organizing exams to upgrade ranks and change salary for hundreds of officers and employees. Periodic health check-ups are conducted twice a year for nearly 1,050 people, with a total cost of more than 1.1 billion VND, along with nursing programs and medical supplies support for frontline units.

With the aim of promoting the production emulation movement, the Company has launched many movements such as: "Completely complete production and business targets", "Clean corridor campaign", ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention. In particular, the movement "Good at public work, good at housework" launched by the Women's Union has attracted a large number of women to participate, demonstrating their bravery and creativity in both work and life.

The achievements are not only production results but also worthy recognition from superiors: 1 collective and 4 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, 15 individuals and 4 collectives were awarded by the Northern Power Corporation Trade Union, along with many awards from the Company Trade Union for individuals with positive contributions.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Company visited and gave gifts to 39 employees in difficult circumstances, 193 retired cadres and participated in local volunteer activities. The total amount of money spent on Tet care was nearly 180 million VND. The Company participated in the activity "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing" organized by the Provincial Federation of Labor; allocated union funds and other resources to support the construction of sports playgrounds such as table tennis, pickleball... contributing to improving the spiritual life of employees. Activities of giving birthday gifts, supporting education, organizing "union meals", taking care of employees' children were also carried out regularly with a total budget of hundreds of millions of VND. In 2024, the Company visited and subsidized 140 employees through the Mutual Support Fund with an amount of more than 260 million VND. In the case of a union member bitten by a poisonous snake, the Union has called for support of nearly 174 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love of the Ha Giang Electricity family...

With the motto “Employees are the center”, Ha Giang Power Company has been doing a very good job of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees; clearly demonstrating the solidarity and unity between the Trade Union and the company's management in the journey of building a civilized, safe, efficient and humane working environment.
