On November 2, Company 91 (Dong Bac Corporation) organized the 2024 Political and Cultural Spiritual Day.
There were 12 opinions expressed at the meeting. All opinions showed a sense of responsibility in building the unit, boldly expressing concerns, worries, aspirations and proposing contents and measures to carry out production and business tasks with quality and efficiency.
In addition, the leaders of Company 91 also promptly responded to the opinions of cadres, civil servants, and workers, especially those related to the following contents: Measures to improve the quality of military training; building a regular system, training discipline and complying with general regulations; grasping, managing, and resolving the thoughts of cadres, civil servants, and workers and the relationship between leaders and commanders at all levels and workers; technical work, safety, mechanical and electrical materials; wages and income, ensuring logistics, life, material and spiritual life, etc.
The activities of the Political and Cultural Spiritual Day at the grassroots level and the dialogue at the workplace of Company 91 are democratic dialogue forums for all cadres, civil servants, and workers to express their opinions in all areas of operation, propose legitimate thoughts and aspirations, and have them promptly received and resolved by the unit's leaders and commanders. Thereby, good ideology is determined, solidarity is strengthened, high consensus is created, determination is strived to complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical".
