The activities of the Political and Cultural Spiritual Day at the grassroots level and the dialogue at the workplace of Company 91 are democratic dialogue forums for all cadres, civil servants, and workers to express their opinions in all areas of operation, propose legitimate thoughts and aspirations, and have them promptly received and resolved by the unit's leaders and commanders.
