The report at the conference said that Company 74 is a large-scale production and business unit, with its area spread across the two border districts of Duc Co and Ia Grai (Gia Lai province). Every year, Company 74 has proactively developed plans and coordinated with local authorities to mobilize many resources and tens of thousands of working days to build, consolidate, renovate and upgrade rural infrastructure, such as: Building inter-commune and inter-village roads, schools, medical facilities, cultural works, residential houses, serving both people's lives and production and national defense tasks.

During the period of 2021-2025, Company 74 attracted and recruited 1,073 people from villages and hamlets in the area to work as workers; trained 2,343 people, contributing to increasing people's income. Supported nearly 2.5 billion VND to build 45 "Comrades" houses, "Great Unity Houses", "Love Shelters", "Trade Union Shelters"... for workers, laborers and people in the area; presented 75 breeding cows to 75 poor households.

Facilitate local workers and ethnic minorities to borrow more than 408 hectares of replanted land to grow short-term crops; support food shortages for 1,404 poor and disadvantaged households and give thousands of gifts worth billions of VND to policy families, meritorious people, workers and poor households. Along with that, support hundreds of millions of VND for people affected by natural disasters and floods across the country.

With outstanding achievements, in 2024, Company 74 and many collectives and individuals of the unit were honored to receive certificates of merit from the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province, and the Command of the 15th Corps for implementing the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization unit". On this occasion, Company 74 also awarded certificates of merit to many collectives, individuals and the "Household Connection" pair of the unit.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Ha Van Nam, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of Company 74 emphasized: The mass mobilization work and the emulation movements "Army joins hands to build new countryside", "Army joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind" of Company 74 have made an important contribution to socio-economic development, building and consolidating the potentials and defense and security posture of the locality; at the same time, brightening the qualities and image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.
