Up to now, NovaWorld Ho Tram has handed over more than 400 villa products. Mr. Ngoc Hoang, DIC 2 Company, one of the interior construction units at NovaWorld Ho Tram said: "Normally, the interior finishing process for a villa lasts about 2 to 3 months. Therefore, this is the ideal time for homeowners to complete the interior construction, put the villa into operation in time, both for vacation and for rental to welcome the wave of tourists during Tet."
With NovaWorld Phan Thiet urban area (Binh Thuan), in early September 2024, the project restarted construction to complete the infrastructure of Festival Town - a subdivision expected to be the most vibrant and bustling coastal tourist urban area when put into operation. With more than 1,200 beach villa products in the Florida and Golf Villas subdivisions handed over, of which more than 600 have completed interiors, put into operation for rent or as second homes for vacation, owners at NovaWorld Phan Thiet are quickly seizing the golden time to complete villa interiors, welcoming the year-end tourism wave.
As for Aqua City Eco-Urban Area (Dong Nai), as of September 2024, more than 650 villas and townhouses have been handed over to customers, gradually forming a modern and civilized residential community. In particular, last September, the project received a commitment from the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) to disburse a financial package of up to VND 1,100 billion to ensure synchronous project implementation. Phase 2 of Ever Green 2 subdivision has just started construction to complete technical infrastructure, along with the bustling construction atmosphere in River Park 2 and Sun Harbor 2 subdivisions and other subdivisions.

Recently, Novaland's stock price has reached its lowest price since its listing, fluctuating around VND10,500 - 10,800/share. NVL's trading value is also much lower than its book value, with a P/B of approximately 0.65 - 0.70, much lower than the industry average P/B (about 1.8). Novaland is still striving to recover, fulfilling its commitments to customers, partners, shareholders, and investors, for sustainable development.
