Workers and farmers actively practice to prepare for the April 30 parade

The delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, visited and encouraged the workers' and farmers' marching bloc practicing at Hoa Lu Stadium, preparing to march in the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

In the past few days, the workers and farmers marching bloc of the city has been practicing hard in hot weather conditions, with high training intensity. Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc acknowledged, praised and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, active participation in serious training of each member; at the same time, encouraged each member of the bloc to strive to overcome all difficulties in training, pay attention to maintaining good health and spirit, to complete the task of marching in the Ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

The parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country will take place from 6:30 a.m. on April 30, 2025 on Le Duan Street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) at the main stage in front of the Reunification Hall, at the same time as the celebration program, gathering more than 13,000 participants.

The parade was hosted by the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security, while the march was organized by Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people of all walks of life in the city, vividly demonstrating the spirit of national solidarity, together towards the great festival of the country.
