On November 21st, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat recognizing Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong as the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, 14th term, 2022-2027.

First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, Bui Quang Huy, congratulated the two officials who had been entrusted and recognized by the Central Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union to hold new positions. He also urged the two officials to continue to uphold their pioneering and proactive spirit, further hone their political acumen to enhance their leadership and management roles, and build strong teams.

Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang expressed his confidence that with the dynamism, creativity, and the efforts, unity, and solidarity of the two new officials and the officials in the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province will continue to develop strongly, successfully fulfill its political tasks, and contribute to the overall development of the province.

The new Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, Bui Hai Bang, expressed his gratitude for the attention, support, and facilitation from the Central Youth Union Secretariat and the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Bui Hai Bang pledged to continuously improve his moral character, enhance his professional skills, actively innovate in building the movement; improve his prestige and ability to unite young people, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Previously, on November 8th, Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong were elected by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union with an absolute majority of votes.
