On November 21, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat on recognizing the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term 14, 2022 - 2027 for Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong.

First Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union Bui Quang Huy congratulated the two officials who were trusted and recognized by the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union to hold new positions. New Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union Bui Hai Bang thanked the Central Youth Union Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their attention, facilitation and support.

Mr. Bui Hai Bang promised to constantly improve his moral qualities, improve his professional qualifications, actively create in building the movement; enhance his prestige and ability to gather young people, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Previously, on November 8, Mr. Bui Hai Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong were elected by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union with an absolute number of votes.
