Recognizing 28 excellent lecturers at the Army Academy for the 2024-2025 school year

(LĐ online) - On the afternoon of April 8, the Army Academy held the closing ceremony of the Competition for Excellent Lecturers at the Academy level for the 2024-2025 school year. Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong - Director of the Academy, Chairman of the Examination Council, chaired the ceremony.

Party Committee leaders and Board of Directors of the Academy attended the ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were comrades in the Academy's Board of Directors, members of the Examination Council, the Examination and Marking Subcommittee, the Examination Board, the Secretariat, representatives of departments, faculties, student management systems, lecturers and lecturers participating in the examination and consideration of excellent lecturers at the Academy level for the 2024-2025 school year.

This school year's exam has 22 lecturers participating and 6 comrades are considered to achieve the title of excellent lecturer at the Academy level. Candidates go through 7 contents including: Teaching practice; building, defending determination (plan) and defending the topic; team regulations and troop management regulations; information technology; English; university teaching theory; K54 pistol shooting test, lesson 2.

As a result, 28 lecturers were recognized as excellent lecturers at the Academy level for the 2024-2025 school year.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong - Director of the Army Academy acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, efforts and determination of the lecturers; at the same time, highly appreciated the close coordination, scientific organization and compliance with regulations of the agencies and units serving the exam.

Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong - Director of the Academy awarded Certificates and Certificates of Merit to 3 excellent lecturers at the Academy level with high achievements.

The Academy Director emphasized: The examination and selection of excellent lecturers is not only a basis for evaluating the quality of the teaching staff but also an opportunity for staff and lecturers to learn, share experiences, improve professional capacity and pedagogical methods.

The Academy's Board of Directors awarded the Academy's Certificate of Excellent Teaching for the 2024-2025 school year.

Based on the results achieved, Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong suggested that the agencies continue to advise the Party Committee and the Board of Directors on solutions to build a smart and modern Academy; strongly innovate training content and methods; promote digital transformation; improve the quality of teachers and educational managers. In particular, focus on training core lecturers and leading experts, building a team that is "both red and professional".

The results of the annual examination and evaluation of excellent lecturers are the basis for building a team of lecturers who are "both red and professional". This is one of the important contents and conditions for considering and proposing recognition of the titles of Excellent Teacher at the Ministry of National Defense level, Excellent Teacher, and People's Teacher.
