Specifically, according to the Social Insurance of Hai Ba Trung District (Hanoi), currently, in the district, there is a situation where many enterprises are slow to pay social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for a long time, affecting the settlement of employee benefits and affecting the implementation of policies and laws on this issue.

Therefore, in order to promptly urge enterprises to comply with their obligations to pay social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions of law; Hai Ba Trung District Social Insurance proposes to publicize the list of units that are 3 months or more late in payment as of November 21.

According to Lao Dong reporters, in the list of more than 500 enterprises that have just been made public, there are some units with large insurance debts such as: VCCI Service and Trade One Member Co., Ltd. owes more than 2.9 billion VND; Long Giang Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company owes more than 1.5 billion VND; Mo Hinh Viet Co., Ltd. owes more than 1.3 billion VND; Media Tenor Vietnam Co., Ltd. owes more than 2.5 billion VND;...

According to Mr. Phan Van Men - Director of Hanoi Social Insurance, from now until the end of 2023, the unit will step up the implementation of planned inspections, surprise inspections and update inspection results into the management software of the social insurance sector; focus on inspections and checks at units with large late payments, long late payment periods, increasing the amount of debt collection; promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle acts of late payment, evasion of payment, fraud, and profiteering of social insurance and health insurance funds.

In addition, the Social Insurance agency will strictly implement administrative sanctions; regularly urge units and enterprises to strictly implement the contents of inspection and examination conclusions; and strengthen communication to employees about their rights when participating in social insurance.
