Today, the Provincial People's Committee publicly announced the list of 1 individual, Mr. Le Huynh Phuc, Director of the Provincial General Hospital under the Binh Thuan Department of Health, proposed to be awarded the "Third Class Labor Medal" in 2025 for agencies, organizations and individuals to participate in giving comments within 10 working days .
Mr. Le Huynh Phuc, Director of the Provincial General Hospital under the Department of Health: In 2019, he received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for his achievements in work from 2015 to 2019, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland (Decision No. 1263/QD-TTg dated August 18, 2020 of the Prime Minister).
In the past 5 years (from 2020 to 2024), he has always excellently completed the assigned tasks, and was evaluated and classified by the Director of the Department of Health as "Excellently completed tasks" in Conclusions No. 4562/KL-SYT dated December 31, 2020, No. 5739/KL-SYT dated December 16, 2021, No. 5238/KL-SYT dated December 12, 2022, No. 5700/KL-SYT dated December 15, 2023 and Notice No. 6005/TB-SYT dated December 12, 2024.
From 2020 to 2024, the Director of the Department of Health has always recognized the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level according to Decision No. 52/QD-SYT dated January 13, 2021, Decision No. 70/QD-SYT dated January 18, 2022, Decision No. 2842/QD-SYT dated December 27, 2022, Decision No. 18/QD-SYT dated January 8, 2024, Decision No. 1750/QD-SYT, dated December 31, 2024.
