Provincial Civil Servants' Union provides professional training for more than 200 union officials

On May 31, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union (CCTU) organized a conference to train and foster professional skills in trade union work in 2024 for members of the executive committee, members of the provincial CCTU inspection committee, chairmen, vice chairmen, members of the executive committee, and heads of the inspection committee of grassroots trade unions under the provincial CCTU.

At the conference, more than 200 union officials listened to Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Thanh Xuan, Head of Training Department, Trade Union University, convey the following topics: General overview of Vietnam Trade Union; skills in organizing grassroots trade union activities; inspection and supervision work of trade unions; activities of grassroots trade union inspection committees and management of revenue and expenditure of grassroots trade union finances; trade unions participating in implementing grassroots democracy; organizing emulation movements, emulation and reward work of trade unions.

Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Thanh Xuan, Head of Training Department, Trade Union University delivered a speech at the conference.

Comrade Le Khac Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Trade Union, deployed the action program to implement the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Trade Union and the 4th Congress of the Provincial Trade Union.

Union officials received the topic at the conference.

Through the training conference, union officials were raised awareness, equipped with necessary skills, knowledge and working methods to apply in practical work. Thereby improving the quality and efficiency of operations to meet the requirements and tasks of the union organization in the new period, contributing to building a strong union organization.
