On May 16, at Trung Son Hydropower Plant, a delegation of Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO 2) led by Mr. Bui Van Thang, Chairman of the Trade Union, visited and encouraged workers, civil servants, and employees of Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited (TSHPCo) on the occasion of Workers' Month - Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2023.

In the past time, despite many difficulties, under the leadership of the Company Party Committee and EVNGENCO2 Trade Union, the Trade Union activities at TSHPCo have been maintained and developed, performing well the representative role, coordinating to care for the lives and jobs of workers. Many emulation movements have been maintained and promoted. Workers always uphold the spirit of determination to overcome difficulties, compete in creative labor, solidarity, and unity to complete all assigned tasks.

The emulation movements have created real motivation for union officials and members, encouraging workers to promote dynamism and creativity in labor production, accelerating the application of science and technology, digital transformation in all aspects of TSPCo's operations.

On behalf of the working delegation, the Chairman of EVNGENCO2 Trade Union highly appreciated the performance of TSHPCo Trade Union when it closely coordinated with the professional staff to complete the political tasks assigned by Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and EVNGENCO2. The collective efforts have helped TSHPCo exceed the production plan targets, becoming one of the units that excellently completed the tasks in 2022, recognized and commended by EVNGENCO2.

Faced with the requirements of the new production and business situation and tasks, the Chairman of EVNGENCO2 requested that TSHPCo Trade Union continue to develop appropriate methods of operation to ensure the representative role and care for, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; constantly strive to make the trade union truly a representative organization, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, aiming to become a digital trade union and digital union members; at the same time, effectively implement "Workers' Month" to ensure practicality, efficiency, economy, and suitability to the living and working conditions of workers.
