In the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year, the Education Trade Union directed and implemented trade union activities and emulation movements among cadres, teachers, and workers (CB, NG, NLĐ) according to plan and effectively. The work of caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of CB, NG, and NLĐ was well implemented, especially caring for CB, NG, and NLĐ in difficult circumstances, working in especially difficult areas. Emulation movements and major campaigns in the industry continue to be promoted, focusing on the emulation movements "Two Goods", "Innovation and Creativity in Management, Teaching and Learning", "Quang Binh Union members and workers compete to follow Uncle Ho's teachings"; the campaign "Democracy, Discipline, Love, Responsibility", "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity"; the movement "Teaching to help each other go to school", "Tutoring weak students"; actively participating in the work of innovating educational management, innovating emulation and rewards... Thereby, it has motivated staff, teachers and workers to perform well their assigned tasks; the working relationship between the profession and the Trade Union at all levels is closer and more developed. Currently, the total number of union members of the Quang Binh Education Industry is 2,305 people.

In the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year, the Education Trade Union at all levels focuses on performing well the function of representing, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, taking care of the material and spiritual life of the staff, teachers and workers; promoting innovation in propaganda and mobilization work; continuing to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements, campaigns and emulation and reward work; innovating the content and methods of operation, improving the quality of the trade union staff; participating in Party building and government building; strengthening the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the trade union charter...

On this occasion, 10 units were recognized as cultural standard units for the 2023-2024 period and the 2020-2024 period; 5 collectives and 6 individuals were awarded certificates of merit for the year 2024 by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
