Trade unions adhere to political tasks
Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union Nguyen Van Dong commented that in 2024, the Ministry's Trade Union closely followed Resolution 02 of the Politburo on innovation in the organization and operation of trade unions.
From the beginning of 2024, the Ministry's Trade Union has closely followed the political tasks of the industry and the Ministry's leadership policy and theme of "solidarity, discipline, innovation and development".
According to Mr. Dong, the union has stepped up propaganda and mobilized union members to implement the Party's directives, resolutions, policies, and the State's policies and laws.

2025 is the year of holding Party congresses at all levels, and also the year of streamlining the organizational apparatus according to Resolution 18.
Therefore, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung suggested that the trade union increase attention, encouragement, and do better ideological work for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who are union members.
"We must strictly follow the Party's policies and the organization's assignments," Mr. Le Tan Dung emphasized.
The Ministry's leaders also asked the union to encourage union members to promote their abilities and strengths so that they can undertake any assigned task.
Within the framework of the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the Decision to award the "Face of the Year" 2024 award to 4 individuals. In addition, the leaders of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union presented the unit's emulation flag to the College of Technical and Technology.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Dan Tri Newspaper Trade Union Le Bao Trung summarized that the trade union has coordinated with the Party Committee and the government to organize effective activities such as propaganda and mobilizing union members to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, associated with the campaign to build "loyal, creative, dedicated, and exemplary" cadres and civil servants.
