On July 19, the Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks (KKTNS & CKCN) of Thanh Hoa province held a seminar to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024) and honor exemplary grassroots trade union officials. Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union of Industrial Zones and Industrial Parks Ngo The Anh affirmed: After 95 years of establishment, growth and development, the Vietnam Trade Union has made great contributions to the great victory of the Vietnamese revolution. The 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union is an important political event marking a new development step of the movement of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Vietnam Trade Union.

In particular, the Trade Union participates in building collective labor agreements, salary scales, and labor norms for employees at enterprises. On July 18, the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Industrial Zones and Industrial Parks successfully organized a signing ceremony for a collective labor agreement for a group of shoe manufacturing enterprises at the Industrial Zones and Industrial Parks. This is the first time that the Trade Union and enterprises have participated in signing a collective labor agreement for a group of enterprises in Thanh Hoa; creating a new step forward in labor relations, establishing a common order and unity in the application of regimes and policies related to the rights and legitimate interests of employees and employers.
