Ninh Phuoc District Trade Union held the 8th Congress, term 2023-2028

On June 21 and 22, the Ninh Phuoc District Labor Federation held the 8th Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term.

The entire Ninh Phuoc district currently has 3,918 union members (DV) belonging to 93 grassroots trade union organizations (CĐCS) in the district. During the past term, the Ninh Phuoc district trade union organization innovated the content, form and implementation measures, contributing to motivating and encouraging a large number of workers, civil servants and laborers to promote a positive, proactive and creative spirit to strive to excellently complete assigned tasks. The Executive Committee of the Ninh Phuoc District Labor Federation for the 2023-2028 term was introduced to the Congress.

In the 2023-2028 term, the Ninh Phuoc District Labor Federation focuses on building a strong trade union organization; performing well the tasks of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Striving to have 4,300 union members in the district by 2028; mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions in enterprises with 10 or more employees. Every year, 90% or more of state-owned trade unions and 70% or more of non-state-owned trade unions fulfill their tasks well.

The Congress elected the 8th District Labor Federation Executive Committee consisting of 15 members.
