Mr. Le Danh Thang, Director of Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company - VVMI, said that one of the important factors that helps employees feel secure at work is a clear and public salary policy. The company has issued a salary scale and salary allowance regime according to the guidance of the Group and the General Company, ensuring fairness and encouraging highly skilled workers. Salaries are adjusted according to productivity and work efficiency, applying progressive unit price payment for some stages such as packing, batching and exporting cement. At the same time, the company has also implemented a policy of paying higher salaries to highly skilled technical staff, repairmen and operators to attract and retain quality human resources.

Every year, the company organizes tours for officers and employees.

In particular, 100% of departments and workshop managers have implemented the KPI-based salary payment system, contributing to improving work efficiency and ensuring fairness between departments. In 2024, the company organized the first periodic health check-up for 314 people and the second for 188 people, and kept full records according to regulations.

The company's medical department operates 24/7, always ready to handle emergency situations and provide timely medical support. In addition, the company also strictly implements food safety and hygiene control in the collective cafeteria. Daily food sampling is strictly implemented, ensuring that no food safety incidents have occurred in the past year.

On the other hand, the company also strengthens training and propaganda on labor safety, fully equips workers with protective gear, especially those working in high-risk environments.
