That is OFC Green Highlands Joint Stock Company (92 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City). The announced trader is responsible for complying with the provisions of law on the exchange and sale of goods across the border in Circular No. 56 dated December 26, 2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Border Trade Agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of Laos and related regulations. OFC Green Highlands Joint Stock Company is responsible for sending quarterly or ad hoc reports to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province to synthesize and report to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.

The Department of Industry and Trade shall send a copy of the decision to announce the list of traders allowed to conduct Vietnam-Laos border trade activities through the Nam Giang border gate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the border provinces and cities in the country bordering Laos; at the same time, carry out state management of border trade activities according to regulations. The Department of Foreign Affairs shall notify the contents and list of traders that have been announced to the border provinces of Laos that share a border with Vietnam.
