On April 10, the Standing Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee announced and presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television Station; and the transfer and appointment of the positions of director and deputy director of Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television Station.

The Board of Directors of Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station received the decision.

Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Hieu Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee presented the decision to establish Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station on the basis of merging Vinh Long Newspaper and Vinh Long Provincial Radio and Television Station.

At the same time, the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to transfer and appoint comrade Le Thanh Tuan - Director of Vinh Long Provincial Radio and Television Station to hold the position of Director of Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station was announced.

Mobilize and appoint comrades: Huynh Tan Phat, Dao Thi Tuyet Van, Vo Thanh Nhan - Deputy Directors of Vinh Long Provincial Radio and Television Station and comrade Nguyen Thi Cam Phong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vinh Long Newspaper to hold the position of Deputy Directors of Vinh Long Provincial Radio and Television Station.

Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television Station officially started operating on April 15. Vinh Long Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television Station are public service units under the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, performing the functions of the press agency of the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Long province. Headquarters at: No. 50, Pham Thai Buong Street, Ward 4, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.
