On the morning of June 6, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment held a conference to announce the Decision on transferring and appointing Mr. Pham Nang Chung as Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee and the Department of Home Affairs attended the announcement conference.
Also attending the conference were leaders of a number of departments and branches; leaders of Bat Xat district; Board of Directors and leaders of departments and units under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Pursuant to Conclusion No. 788-KL/TU dated May 25, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of the Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province, on May 29, 2024, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1289/QD-UBND transferring comrade Pham Nang Chung, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bat Xat district to work at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province and appointing him to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province for a term of 5 years from June 1, 2024 (term of appointment 5 years).
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh hoped that with his extensive experience in work and desire to contribute, his dynamism and enthusiasm, Comrade Chung would contribute to the leadership and direction of the Department's Board of Directors so that the Department of Natural Resources and Environment would always be a strong collective, effectively advising the Provincial People's Committee in state management of natural resources and environment.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the collective leadership of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to unite, support and help comrade Pham Nang Chung to perform well the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Nang Chung, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, thanked the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the provincial leaders for their attention and trust, and promised to work with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to unite, promote capacity, responsibility, dynamism - innovation - flexibility - creativity to build the unit to develop more and more, and successfully complete the assigned responsibilities and tasks.
