Kinhtedothi - On the morning of February 17th, at the headquarters of the Bac Giang Provincial Police, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presided over the ceremony to announce the decision on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh to take up the position of Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police.
At the ceremony, a representative from the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Public Security announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Director and Secretary to the Ministry of Public Security, to take up the position of Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department.
Prior to his appointment as Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh held various positions at the district, provincial, and Ministry of Public Security levels. Regardless of his role, he consistently demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, exemplary conduct, proactiveness, and dedication to his work. He also consistently pursued self-study and continuous learning to strive for excellence and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Congratulating Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh on being entrusted with a new nhiệm vụ by the Ministry of Public Security leadership, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, requested that in his new position, the new Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police continue to develop his abilities, strengths, and work experience to excellently fulfill the assigned tasks.
The Deputy Minister of Public Security also requested that Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh quickly grasp the work; take advantage of the leadership, support, assistance, and coordination of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, agencies, departments, and the military forces; continuously strive, uphold a high sense of responsibility, and continue to build unity within the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Public Security Department; effectively carry out Party building work and build a clean and strong Bac Giang Provincial Public Security force; strictly maintain discipline and order within the Party, contributing to ensuring absolute security and order in the area, serving the successful development of the economy , culture, and society in the area, worthy of the trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee.
Upon assuming his new role, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh expressed his deep gratitude for the attention and support of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for entrusting him with this important responsibility. The new Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police affirmed that he will continue to build upon the experience and achievements gained during his time at the Ministry of Public Security in his new role; and will immediately focus on implementing the tasks assigned by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Previously, on January 20th, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan, Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police, was transferred to take up the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security.
