According to the inspection conclusion, in 2023 and 2024, the District People's Committee, the Chairman of the Yen Chau District People's Committee and its affiliated units have made great efforts in directing and organizing the implementation of assigned tasks. Inspection work; receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption and negativity have been basically implemented in accordance with regulations. Budget management and operation basically complied with legal regulations; budget revenues arising in the area were implemented promptly, debt management, debt collection and tax debt settlement were in accordance with procedures; budget expenditures were basically in accordance with content, regimes, norms and standards; development investment expenditures were prioritized, creating a premise for economic development; tasks of spending on national defense and security, health, education, social security, economic career expenditures, regular operating expenditures of state management agencies, party agencies and mass organizations were ensured and in accordance with regulations.

In addition to the achieved results, the Provincial Inspectorate also pointed out some shortcomings, such as: Budget collection in the area has not met the legal target; the Construction Investment Project Management Board and the District Medical Center still have errors in the budget preparation and payment acceptance stages for some work items at 11 projects with a total value of over 136 million VND; the implementation of national target programs is still slow, and the disbursement rate is low.

The provincial inspectorate requested Yen Chau district to recover and pay to the provincial budget over 37 million VND at 6 projects; deduct nearly 78.3 million VND in the acceptance and payment of 3 projects whose estimates were not correct for the district's Construction Investment Project Management Board. At the same time, the Chairman of Yen Chau district People's Committee was requested to accept and seriously implement the inspection conclusions, develop a plan to implement the conclusions in accordance with regulations; organize reviews, direct units and organizations to review and draw lessons from collectives and individuals related to existing shortcomings and shortcomings; focus on directing the implementation of national target programs in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee; direct units assigned to be investors of inspected projects and works that at the time of inspection had not been completed, accepted, paid, or settled, to continue to manage and implement in accordance with regulations. Timely settle and manage projects and works that have been completed and put into use.
