The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch 2136/UBND-XD on strengthening measures to ensure traffic safety during the holidays of April 30 and May 1, the enrollment period and the 2025 summer tourism season; Official Dispatch 2150/UBND-VX on strengthening the management of tourism activities during the holidays of April 30 and International Labor Day of May 1, 2025.

Accordingly, in Official Dispatch 2136/UBND-XD, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed: During the April 30 - May 1 holiday and the peak summer tourism season in 2025, it is forecasted that the demand for travel and transportation will increase, creating greater pressure on traffic safety work, potentially leading to high risks of traffic accidents and traffic congestion, so departments, branches, localities and units based on their functions and tasks will organize reviews, urge and direct strict implementation of solutions to ensure traffic safety. Along with that, thoroughly educate all cadres, party members and employees to absolutely comply with regulations on ensuring traffic safety; propagate people and tourists to strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
The standing and directing agencies for ensuring traffic safety, including: Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and Traffic Safety Committees of districts, towns and cities, announce hotline numbers on mass media and publicly post them at bus stations and train stations, and maintain a 24/7 hotline to promptly receive information from groups and individuals, and thoroughly resolve situations arising in ensuring traffic safety. The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee is maintaining a hotline number 02143.821.071 to receive and handle general traffic safety issues in the province.
Regarding the work of ensuring tourism activities during the April 30 - May 1 holidays, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism established interdisciplinary inspection teams to organize inspections and handle cases of non-compliance with tourism business conditions; violations of the law in the tourism sector; control the quality of tourism services in the area, especially travel services, accommodation, food and beverage, tourist transportation, tour guides at tourist areas and destinations. At the same time, maintain the hotline number 0813.667.667 to receive suggestions and feedback in the tourism sector to proactively and promptly resolve arising issues and complaints from tourists.
