Step 1: Access the Ministry of Public Security's competency assessment test score lookup page on the websites of public security academies and schools.

Step 2: In the Exam Score Lookup section, select the exam: Exam scores for the 2024 Ministry of Public Security assessment exam.

Step 3: Fill in the correct information of registration number, citizen ID and security code then click on the "Check score" button to look up exam scores.

After knowing the score, if there is a need for a review, candidates can send an application directly to the schools and academies, the deadline is July 23.

This year's Ministry of Public Security's competency assessment exam had nearly 18,000 candidates participating, an increase of 20% compared to last year.

Candidates will choose one of two exam codes CA1 or CA2 depending on their strengths in the natural or social sciences. In which, CA1 is the exam code with multiple choice sections including knowledge of Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and English; the essay section is Mathematics.

CA2 is the exam code with Multiple Choice Part including Natural Science, Social Science and English Language knowledge; Essay part is Literature.

This year, the total number of new enrollment targets for public security academies and schools is 2,150, through three enrollment methods.

Previously, nearly 130 candidates were admitted to police schools and academies, of which 11 candidates were admitted directly due to winning national and international prizes; 116 candidates were admitted based on a combination of high school transcripts and foreign language certificates with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5.

With method 3, the results of the high school graduation exam of the Ministry of Education and Training will account for 40% of the total admission score; the results of the assessment test organized by the Ministry of Public Security will account for 60% of the total admission score.
