Announcing the 6th grade benchmark scores of the 3 hottest schools in Thu Duc City

Accordingly, the benchmark score for grade 6 at Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School is 59.25; the benchmark score for Hoa Lu Secondary School is 53.25; and for Binh Tho is 49.5.

Candidates admitted to grade 6 at the above 3 schools must submit their application to the school from 1 to 17 o'clock on July 10.

It is known that in Thu Duc City, after the first 2023-2024 school year, the enrollment of 6th grade students was conducted through a capacity assessment survey to enter the advanced, high-quality school Tran Quoc Toan 1, then in the 2024-2025 school year, Thu Duc City expanded this form of enrollment to Hoa Lu Secondary School, Binh Tho.

Of which, 1,025 students participated in the 6th grade entrance exam for Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School. The school's enrollment target is 315 students, the competition ratio is about 1/3.3.

There are 1,116 students taking the entrance exam for grade 6 at Hoa Lu Secondary School. This school has a quota of 385 students, the competition ratio is 1/2.9.

There are 696 students participating in the 6th grade entrance exam at Binh Tho Secondary School while the school's quota is 280 students, the competition ratio is about 1/2.5.

The capacity assessment test for admission to Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School, Hoa Lu, Binh Tho (Thu Duc City) has a similar structure to the previous capacity assessment test for grade 6 at Tran Dai Nghia Specialized High School, but the requirements will be lighter.

Candidates will take a 90-minute aptitude test, consisting of 2 parts:

Multiple choice section: Students answer 20 multiple choice questions in English about their understanding of natural sciences, social sciences and common life knowledge (30 minutes).

Essay section (60 minutes) includes: English proficiency test: Reading comprehension, writing (candidates take the test in English). Math and logical thinking ability test (candidates take the test in Vietnamese). Reading comprehension and writing ability test (candidates take the test in Vietnamese).
