Accordingly, Lang Son Provincial Police have prepared a very careful and strict plan.

Through the work of grasping the situation in the area, the police force realized that the gambling area was a resident's house with terrain much lower than the road surface.

To get to the center of the gambling den, there is only one path about 300m long, surrounded by walls with barbed wire on both sides, covered with corrugated iron and reinforced with iron bars. There is a surveillance camera system and guards on this path.

The leader of Lang Son Provincial Police said that the gambling area is only a few dozen square meters wide but has nearly 10 emergency exits to help players escape when the authorities check.

More than 60 officers and soldiers from the Criminal Police Department and the Mobile Police Department (Lang Son Provincial Police) were mobilized and divided into 4 working groups to surround the gambling den from many directions and then simultaneously raided it.

The group of people operating the casino were first restrained to prevent them from alerting the gamblers. Then, the authorities raided and caught 31 people red-handed gambling on dice. The arrest only lasted a few minutes.

"At the time of determining the arrest of the gambling den, the police force was deployed to surround all the emergency exits, anyone who ran out would be arrested immediately.

When the police force rushed in, the gamblers were all surprised and immediately controlled at the scene," said the leader of Lang Son Provincial Police.

After being arrested, the gambling den operators said that they confiscated the gamblers' phones and checked their information to avoid the police from infiltrating the investigation.

The police have clarified that this gambling den was organized by Truong Van The (born in 1984, residing in Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang province) and rented a location at Mr. Lac Van Lim's house.

"The process of arresting the suspects at the gambling den happened very quickly, no one escaped. Previously, information on social networks about the gambling den in the tunnel was not accurate, it was just a sealed passage to hide the eyes of outsiders looking in," the leader of Lang Son Provincial Police informed.

On October 27, through reconnaissance work, the Criminal Police Department (Lang Son Provincial Police) discovered a gambling den operating with sophisticated methods and tricks at the house of Lac Van Lim (born in 1972, residing in Coc Nam village, Tan My commune, Van Lang district).

Lim's house is surrounded by a barbed wire fence; the entrance to the gambling area has a solid iron door, on both sides are sturdy concrete brick walls, reinforced with iron bars on top.

There is also a surveillance camera system connected to the screen and people assigned to monitor and guard the gambling organization and deal with the authorities.
