"After the Criminal Police Department investigates and verifies, it will be strictly handled according to the law," said the leader of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

As VietNamNet reported, security cameras recorded a group of people wearing security company uniforms riding motorbikes blocking the road and regulating traffic for a wedding procession passing through the intersection of Le Loi Avenue and Tran Phu Street in Thanh Hoa City at around 4:10 p.m. on November 24.

After the video was posted, many netizens were outraged, saying that the guards had no job, but were arbitrarily regulating traffic.
