Dong Thap Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security and the decisions of the Provincial Police Director on the new organizational model and the mobilization, assignment and arrangement of cadres.

During the reorganization process, the Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police mobilized and arranged more than 600 officers and soldiers from the district-level police and professional departments of the provincial police, including 67 leaders at the department and district levels.

Previously, Dong Thap Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on retirement benefits for officials, including 10 department heads and district police chiefs and 6 deputy department heads and deputy district police chiefs. Seven of the above officials hold the rank of colonel and nine hold the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Up to now, Dong Thap Provincial Police have completed the organizational structure arrangement in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Public Security.
