Within 10 days (from the date of notification), the violator must go to the Bac Giang City Police Headquarters, address: No. 384, Xuong Giang Street, Ngo Quyen Ward, Bac Giang City to resolve the matter according to regulations.
If the violator does not come to resolve the matter, Bac Giang City Police will coordinate with the local authorities where the vehicle owner resides, studies, works or has headquarters to handle the matter.
Within 20 days, information about violations will be posted on the Traffic Police Department's website, updating the warning status to the Registration Authority (for vehicles that must be inspected) for handling.
