On the morning of April 9, Quang Nam Police launched a special political activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025). Colonel Nguyen Ha Lai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, chaired the launching ceremony.
The special political activity period will be carried out from March 2025 to the end of March 2026 with the theme "People's Public Security Forces practice ethics, practice working style, respect honor, solidarity, innovation, set an example, discipline, responsibility, forget oneself for the country, serve the people". This is a very important political activity period for building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new era of national development. Associated with each specific time frame, the special political activity period focuses on 05 key contents.
At the launching ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ha Lai, Deputy Director of Quang Nam Provincial Police, requested Party committees and leaders of units to focus on leading, directing, and organizing serious implementation, with clear effectiveness, with high political determination, proactive spirit, creativity, efficiency, and suitability to reality. Through research and study, it is necessary to grasp the glorious tradition of the people's police and the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period. Party committees and units build and implement ethical standards suitable to their functions, tasks, and individuals involved, develop a plan for self-cultivation and training, and be determined to implement it. Each cadre and soldier must train himself, not be afraid of difficulties, be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, for the peace and happiness of the people.
