After a period of active investigation and verification, recently, the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Loc District Police prosecuted 11 suspects who chased and fought each other, causing public disorder in Zone 3, Vinh Loc town at noon on May 11, 2023.
11 subjects of public disorder case were arrested.
Eleven subjects were prosecuted by Vinh Loc District Police to investigate and clarify the act of disturbing public order, including: Do Van Tuan, born in 2004; Truong Tuan Anh, born in 2004, all in Vinh Tien commune; Vu Dinh Ha, Vu Dinh Duy and Le Thanh Tien, all born in 2005, in Vinh Long commune; Trinh Huy Ngoc, born in 2005; Trinh Duc Do, born in 2006; Trinh Duc Minh Thanh, born in 2007, all in Vinh Hoa commune; Do Gia Bao, born in 2006, in Vinh Loc town; Le Thanh Tung, born in 2004, in Ninh Khang commune and Bui Minh Tai, born in 2005, in Cam Ngoc commune, Cam Thuy district.
According to the initial investigation results, due to a conflict during a picnic with a group of students in Vinh Hung commune before, at noon on May 11, 2023, the above subjects went to find this group of students to "tease" and fight. When arriving at area 3 of Vinh Loc town, they encountered a group of students from Vinh Hung commune, the above subjects blocked them and used their hands and feet, coconuts to beat the group of students from Vinh Hung commune, injuring 2 people.
In response to the above incident, Vinh Loc District Police quickly intervened, actively investigated and clarified the case. Up to now, Vinh Loc District Police have prosecuted 11 suspects in the above-mentioned group of thugs for disturbing public order.
At the police station, the 11 subjects above all confessed to their crimes.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Loc District Police is continuing to investigate and clarify to handle according to the provisions of law.
