According to Colonel Bui Trung Thanh, immediately after receiving the information, the leaders of Hai Phong City Police requested the Traffic Police and Cyber ​​Security Department and local police forces to verify the identities of the group of people riding large-displacement motorbikes, showing signs of violating traffic safety laws.

Just a few hours later, the police identified the motorcyclist who drove at high speed, filmed the clip, and posted information about the incident on social media as Nguyen Van T., born in 1994, residing in Trang Viet (Me Linh, Hanoi).

The police have also identified the person who did the wheelie and was traveling with T.
