(Dan Tri) - A poor woman in Quang Tri saved up 1.5 million VND for Tet shopping in nearly 2 months, but lost it on the road. Luckily, someone found the money and asked the police to return it.
On January 28, Captain Hoang Ngoc Minh, Chief of Vinh Thai Commune Police, Vinh Linh District (Quang Tri) said that the unit had returned 1.5 million VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa (born in 1970), residing in Tan Mach village, Vinh Thai commune.
This money was the result of nearly two months of savings by Ms. Hoa, and was lost while shopping for Tet. Luckily, a local resident found it and reported it to the police, asking them to return it to its owner.

On the evening of January 27, Vinh Thai Commune Police came to her house to return the money, to the great joy of Ms. Hoa.
Captain Minh shared: "Ms. Hoa's family is in a particularly difficult situation. She is living with her sick aunt, who is bedridden. For many people, this amount of money is not large, but for Ms. Hoa, earning that amount of money is not easy, so when she received it, she was very happy."
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Vinh Thai Commune Police also gave a gift to encourage and share the difficulties with Ms. Hoa's family.
