Police of two provinces coordinated to arrest a wanted fugitive who still stole motorbikes

On November 5, Ben Luc District Police, Long An Province, said that the unit had handed over the case file of suspect Cao Van Loc (39 years old, residing in Ca Mau) and the evidence to Ben Tre City Police, Ben Tre Province for settlement according to their authority.

Loc was identified as a suspect in the theft of a motorbike in Ben Tre city.

Previously, on November 4, Ben Luc District Police received information from Ben Tre City Police that a motorbike with license plate number 71B3-444.92 had just been stolen in the area.

The thief is likely driving the stolen goods to escape towards Ho Chi Minh City. Ben Luc District Police quickly deployed forces to block and intercept on National Highway 1.

At around 5:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities discovered a young man driving a motorbike on National Highway 1 at high speed, with characteristics similar to those described by Ben Tre City Police, so they immediately organized a plan to intercept him.

Upon detecting the police, the thief sped away. The police chased, controlled and successfully arrested him in Ward 5, Ben Luc Town, along with the evidence.

At the police station, this person gave his name as Cao Van Loc (39 years old, living in Ca Mau) and admitted all his crimes.

Through investigation, it was determined that Cao Van Loc is wanted by the Long Thanh District Police, Dong Nai Province for the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property.
