The next generation of billionaires and tycoons on the Vietnamese stock market is gradually emerging in many recent transactions. Previously, this generation was a group of names that appeared simply as "related people" to business owners, in management reports published annually.

The children of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong - Chairman of Vingroup Corporation (stock code: VIC) have recently appeared, participating in many business activities in the enterprise ecosystem.

VinRobotics Robotics Research, Development and Application Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of VND1,000 billion, established by Vingroup, holding 51% of the capital. Mr. Vuong's two children, Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, each have 5% of the shares. Mr. Vuong contributed 39% of the shares.

According to Vingroup's management report, billionaire Vuong and his wife - Ms. Pham Thu Huong, Vice President of the group - have 3 children: Pham Nhat Quan Anh, Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, Pham Nhat Minh Anh.

Not only contributing capital to VinRobotics, Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh also appeared as Deputy General Director of VinFast electric vehicle production at an event at the end of 2023. Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang is the General Director of FGF Trading and Service Joint Stock Company - For Green Future.

According to Vingroup's management report for the first half of this year, Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh holds 150,000 shares after purchasing them under the ESOP for key leaders and managers. Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang and Pham Nhat Minh Anh do not hold any VIC shares.

Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong is holding more than 691 million VIC shares, equivalent to 17.82% of capital. Ms. Pham Thu Huong - Mr. Vuong's wife - holds more than 170.6 million VIC shares, equivalent to 4.4% of capital.

Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's son, Nguyen Dang Quang, and Mr. Duc are gradually revealed.

At Masan Group Corporation (stock code: MSN), billionaire Nguyen Dang Quang's daughter, Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh, bought nearly 8.5 million MSN shares for the first time, accounting for 0.56% of charter capital. Initially, Ms. Linh planned to buy 10 million shares of the company where her father is Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) but failed to reach an agreement. After this transaction, Ms. Linh became a shareholder of Masan.

Mr. Quang has three biological children: Nguyen Yen Linh, Nguyen Thuy Linh and Nguyen Dang Linh. According to the first half-year management report, Ms. Thuy Linh is the only child who owns 223 MSN shares. Meanwhile, Mr. Quang personally owns only 18 MSN shares. Mr. Quang's wife - Ms. Nguyen Hoang Yen - holds 3.54%.

Once very secretive in front of the media, recently, Ms. Doan Hoang Anh - daughter of Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc (Bau Duc) - has also been more diligent in buying and selling HAG shares of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company, of which her father is Chairman of the Board of Directors.

For the first time, Ms. Hoang Anh appeared at this group as a shareholder in August 2021. At that time, Mr. Duc's daughter spent nearly 21 billion VND to buy 4 million HAG shares.

Since the beginning of this year, Mr. Duc's daughter has bought and sold HAG shares 4 times. Most recently in September this year, Ms. Hoang Anh bought 2 million HAG shares through order matching, increasing her ownership to 1.23% of capital.

In addition to Ms. Hoang Anh, Mr. Duc also has two other children, Doan Hoang Nam and Doan Hoang Nam Anh, but they do not own company shares.

Mr. Duc's mother, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom, owns 120,375 HAG shares, accounting for 0.01%, according to the first half of the year's management report. Mr. Duc himself is the largest owner of HAG shares in the family, holding nearly 320 million units, accounting for more than 30% of the company's capital.
