On the afternoon of June 22, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Antiquities Association and a number of domestic collectors organized an exhibition of Antiquities gathered inside Kien Trung Palace.
The exhibition has the participation of 29 domestic antique collectors, introducing 147 antiques and artifacts selected from collections of material groups such as enamelware, ceramics, precious metals, and wood.
These are antiques and artifacts crafted under the Nguyen Dynasty, used in both the royal court and among the people.
Antiques crafted by the royal court's statue bureau or by domestic production facilities (such as mai tree pottery, wooden furniture, etc.).
Some antiques were ordered and purchased from abroad for use in the royal palace and among the people (such as some enamel and porcelain items)...
Inside the splendid space of the million-dollar palace, hundreds of tourists came to admire the rare antiques carefully preserved by collectors.
