This year, the province's Department of Education and Training will organize 12 high school graduation exam sites, including 5 sites in Kon Tum city and 7 sites in districts. Kon Tum province also established 9 backup exam sites, including 2 sites in Kon Tum city and 7 sites in districts.

In this exam, Kon Tum province has 1 candidate exempted from all exams in the high school graduation recognition exam and 111 candidates exempted from the foreign language exam.

Specifically, candidates with severe disabilities are exempted from all exams in the high school graduation recognition exam. 111 candidates are exempted from the foreign language exam, including 100 with an English-IELTS certificate and 11 with a level 3 Chinese certificate.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Kon Tum province, candidates who are exempted from the exam do not have to take the 2023 high school graduation exam corresponding to the exempted exams and are considered for recognition of high school graduation according to the regulations of the exam. The consideration of university and college admissions for preschool education for the above candidates is carried out according to the admission regulations.
