To help Vietnamese students have the necessary information, Pre-Departure Briefing 2024 is specially designed for students preparing to study abroad in the UK.

The event aims to equip new students at all levels from A-Level to undergraduate and postgraduate with useful information about study abroad life in the UK, while creating opportunities for exchange, learning and connection between future international students and the Vietnamese student community in the UK.

Pre - Departure Briefing 2024 plays a huge role in supporting new students before embarking on an independent life in a new land. Useful information and interesting activities at the event include:

1. Preparing for student life in the UK: Students and parents will receive accurate information, listen to the sharing about studying, life, experiences and work from students and alumni guests. When attending the program, you will have the opportunity to directly ask questions to guests and individuals with experience of studying in the UK.

2. Visa and money management information: UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) representatives will provide the latest information on visas and immigration procedures; useful advice on financial management and spending planning.

4. Connect with new students and alumni: Interact with representatives of the Vietnamese Students' Association in the UK (SVUK) and the UK Alumni Association in Vietnam (UKAV).
