Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong Hoa, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Quang Ngai province, said: Currently, Quang Ngai province has Dung Quat Economic Zone with an area of 45,332 hectares and 7 industrial parks that have been planned, invested in and are in operation. In Dung Quat Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Quang Ngai province, there are 346 valid projects with a total registered investment capital of about 17.57 billion USD; of which there are 57 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a registered investment capital of about 1.805 billion USD and 289 domestic investment projects with a registered capital of about 15.77 billion USD.
In terms of culture, Quang Ngai province possesses a treasure trove of unique marine cultural heritage, typically the Sa Huynh Culture National Special Relic, one of the three ancient cultures that flourished in Vietnam, creating invaluable resources for developing sea and island tourism for Quang Ngai. In particular, Ly Son Island has been approved by the Government to be developed into a national sea and island tourism center in the coming time.

Hebei Province also introduced the key areas of local economic development. Hebei is a key cotton and grain producing area in the country, with a solid agricultural foundation and rich agricultural products and agricultural by-products. The industry is comprehensive, including pillar industries such as equipment manufacturing, iron and steel, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, medicine and food, as well as traditional industries with advantages such as light industry and textiles. In 2022, the province's total GDP reached 4,237.04 billion yuan, up 3.8%, the industrial value added above the designated scale increased by 5.5%, the investment in fixed assets grew by 7.9%, and the total foreign trade import and export value reached 562.90 billion yuan, up 3.9%.... Hebei Province has always maintained a good economic and trade cooperation relationship with Vietnam.

At the online conference, Quang Ngai province proposed cooperation in developing high-tech industries with Ha Bac province such as high-tech industry, key industries such as steel, ceramics, electricity, textiles, oil and gas, ports, automobiles, photovoltaics and pharmaceuticals. Electronic components manufacturing industry, automobiles, electronic equipment...; garment; wood processing; infrastructure development, urban services, industrial parks, industrial clusters; seaport development, port logistics; logistics; supporting service industries, value chains of agricultural products.
Quang Ngai province also proposed key commodity sectors that can be exported to China: wood chips, cassava starch, leather handbags, shoes of all kinds, clothes, eyeglasses, headphones for phones and agricultural products such as watermelon, chili and seafood. Invest, build and develop linkage chains, supply chains, and value chains for import and export of agricultural products for the two-way market.
