Preschool teacher "shines" at provincial competition

Returning from the provincial knowledge and professional playground, teacher Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh (born in 1995) has beautiful memories, knowledge, skills, and experience to improve her professional skills. And especially, the proud first prize has brought great happiness, fueling Thuy Linh's love and passion for the teaching profession.

Thuy Linh said: “The contest is an opportunity for me to learn and exchange experiences with colleagues and friends throughout the province on the application of advanced educational methods; how to exploit and effectively use tools and toys in organizing children to learn through play, play while learning; how to build an educational environment for preschools in the central region. I will constantly improve my teacher's ethics, love for children, and strive to study professionally to be worthy of the title of Excellent Preschool Teacher at the provincial level.”

Thuy Linh participated in the contest by presenting her innovative experience: “Inspiring and forming the habit of “reading” books for 5-year-old preschoolers”. These are her experiences throughout the teaching process with the concern of how to make children love books, so that books become close friends, helping children develop comprehensively, confidently entering grade 1.

In the practical teaching session with the topic: the magic of wind, Thuy Linh combined the use of modern teaching aids with intuitive and vivid learning methods. Her lectures did not stop at theory but were integrated with physical games, creating excitement and positive interaction between children, between teachers and students. Thuy Linh's gentle, calm, confident, close-to-children demeanor and the way she created emotions through attractive situations were highly appreciated by the judges and colleagues.

Being a lover of children and having a talent for singing, since her school days, the female student from Ky Ha has nurtured the dream of becoming a preschool teacher. That is also the reason why Thuy Linh chose the Faculty of Preschool Education - Ha Tinh University as the place to make that dream come true. This is also the way she shares with her parents - farmers with muddy hands and feet, to reduce economic pressure.

After graduating from university in 2017, Thuy Linh worked at Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Ky Anh Town). In 2019, after being recruited, the young teacher taught at Ky Phuong Kindergarten and from 2021 to present, she has worked at Ky Ha Kindergarten.

Thuy Linh confided: “In the early days of my career, I faced many challenges, such as lack of experience and work pressure. However, with the care of the school's Board of Directors, colleagues and the children's sparkling eyes of joy, I was able to overcome the difficulties and become more and more committed to the career I had chosen.”

With 8 years of dedication to the profession with passion and love for children, Thuy Linh has accumulated valuable lessons in teaching. Together with her colleagues, she strives to build a happy environment for children. She also regularly learns, researches, and approaches new educational methods and activities to effectively implement the theme: "Child-centered education".

From her teaching experience at the school, she has also contributed many innovative experiences to improve the quality of education such as: Educating cultural behavior for 4-year-old children; Improving quality in the direction of experience for 5-year-old children; Inspiring and forming the habit of "reading" books for 5-year-old preschool children. In addition, as Secretary of the school's Youth Union, member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ky Anh town, Thuy Linh also actively participates in the movement activities of the union. For many years, she has been awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Town People's Committee.

The moment of honor and pride when seeing her name on the list of excellent preschool teachers at the provincial level, the young teacher is even more aware of her responsibility in cultivating moral qualities and abilities to be worthy of that proud title. Along with that, the trust and love of students and parents is also a great motivation for Thuy Linh to continue to dedicate herself to the career of educating people.

The first prize in the Provincial Contest for Excellent Preschool Teachers is a worthy achievement for her efforts, creativity, and love for her profession.
