Ms. Le Thi Hue - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Vice Principal of Dong Thinh Primary and Secondary School - said that since teacher Le Thi Tham came to work at the school, this female English teacher has always been active, enthusiastic, and strived her best in her profession as well as in school activities.
"As the person assigned by the school to monitor and guide the outstanding mass Le Thi Tham, to introduce her to the Party, I think teacher Tham deserves to be admitted to the Party.

Teacher Le Thi Tham was admitted to the Party on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025). The teachers and students of the school were very happy and considered her a shining example for everyone to follow," shared Ms. Le Thi Hue.

Due to the effects of Agent Orange, Le Thi Tham was born without arms. Growing up, Tham tried to overcome herself to go to school, learned to hold a pen with her feet and became an excellent student in 12 years of high school.
After graduating from high school, Tham passed the entrance exam to study English pedagogy at Hong Duc University (Thanh Hoa).
In 2020, Tham graduated from the English pedagogy department and returned to her hometown to open a foreign language class at home for students in the village.
Over the years, despite her illness, Le Thi Tham has always had a positive lifestyle, writing her own bright life with the determination to be "disabled but not useless".
On August 1, 2023, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Son district (Thanh Hoa) signed a decision to recruit English teacher Le Thi Tham, assigned to teach at Dong Thinh Primary and Secondary School.
