Red flag with yellow star flies at World Youth Festival 2024

TPO - Within the framework of the 2024 World Youth Festival in Sochi (Russian Federation), a parade took place with the participation of youth delegations from around the world. Along with the Vietnamese delegation, many international youth delegates shouted "Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh" and joined in the melody "As if Uncle Ho was here on the day of great victory".

Leading the Vietnamese delegation was the red flag with a yellow star, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union flag and Uncle Ho's picture. Secretary of the Central Youth Union Ngo Van Cuong and the delegates and Vietnamese youth sang many vibrant songs about love for the homeland, Vietnamese youth, President Ho Chi Minh and peace and solidarity. Many people sang along "Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh. Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh" along with the steps of the delegation.

The World Youth Festival 2024 will be held in Sochi from March 1 to 7. The youth festival will attract about 20,000 participants from more than 180 countries and territories around the world.

Together with delegations from five continents, the Vietnamese youth delegation spread the message of solidarity and cooperation for peace and development; at the same time, promoted the image of the country.

Many international youth took souvenir photos with the Vietnamese delegation.

Delegates from various countries dressed in colorful traditional costumes and carrying national flags marched along the venue of the 2024 World Youth Festival.
