Specifically, regarding the pole footing, BT - GPMB has been completed for 101/101 pole footing locations in the province, reaching a rate of 100%. Regarding the route corridor, currently, 99/100 pole intervals have been basically completed, people have agreed to hand over the site for wire pulling construction, localities are continuing to complete and approve the BT - GPMB plan according to current regulations; for pole 436 - 437, 1 household in Tam Quan commune (Tam Dao) has not agreed, proposed to change the route direction, Tam Dao district People's Committee has established a mandatory inventory plan, construction protection so that the investor can wire pull this pole interval on schedule.
Regarding resettlement, there have been 48 resettlement cases in 10 communes and towns; 4/4 districts (except Tam Duong district which does not have to arrange resettlement) have established preliminary resettlement plans, mainly on-site, interspersed and dispersed resettlement.
To continue completing legal procedures according to regulations, the Provincial People's Committee has agreed to authorize the People's Committee of Binh Xuyen district to decide on other measures and support levels during the implementation of BT-GPMB work to implement the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV Transmission Line project in the district.
At the same time, direct the Department of Finance and the Provincial Land Development Fund to urgently guide and support the People's Committee of Lap Thach district to soon complete the Dong Veu resettlement area, Ngoc My commune; assign the People's Committee of Tam Dao district to coordinate with the Armored Training Center and the investor, the Power Project Management Board 1 (Vietnam Electricity Group) to complete the procedures for handing over the land at the foot of the column at column number 462.
The People's Committees of Song Lo, Lap Thach, Tam Dao and Binh Xuyen districts continue to coordinate and support investors in the BT - GPMB work in the management area including pole positions and power line corridors, research and implement support, resettlement and compensation for forestry land according to the guidance of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The investor - Power Project Management Board 1 shall provide complete documents and maps of the route corridor, transfer sufficient BT - GPMB funds to the People's Committees of districts in the province where the project passes through to organize land recovery, develop compensation and support plans according to regulations; continue to closely and promptly coordinate with localities to resolve arising issues, especially recommendations from people affected by the project (if any) to complete BT - GPMB work.
Actively coordinate with Tam Dao National Park to resolve difficulties and problems in the construction of pole positions and temporary roads serving construction within the forest area of Tam Dao National Park.
