The 2024 high school graduation exam will take place from June 27 to 29. Candidates will take the exam on June 27 and 28; June 29 is the backup date.

Although parents and candidates have prepared carefully for the exam, there are still some "unbearable" situations that occur during the two official exam days.

There have been many cases where candidates overslept and did not have time to take the exam, such as at the exam site of Son Thinh High School ( Yen Bai Province) on the morning of July 26. Because he had studied for the exam the day before and had a stomachache and did not go to bed until 3am, candidate Nguyen Tien A. (residing in Son Thinh Commune, Van Chan District) overslept. The Traffic Police Team, Van Chan District Police supported A. to take him to the exam site in a specialized traffic police vehicle.

In Ha Giang province, on the afternoon of June 27, before the time to prepare for the Math exam, candidate Dang Thanh H. (born in 2006) fell asleep and did not make it to the exam location in time. There was only 10 minutes left. Yen Phu town police and Bac Me district traffic police quickly went to his house to wake him up and take him to the exam location on time as prescribed.

In addition, there are many cases of candidates whose vehicles are broken or who forget their exam papers. Specifically, on the afternoon of June 27, a mobile patrol team of the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Son District, Phu Tho Province, led by Captain Bui Quoc Hoang, was patrolling National Highway 32 in Thanh Son Town and discovered Pham Quang H. (born in 2006, residing in Dich Qua Commune) and his family members stopping on the side of the road to fix their vehicle.

The patrol team went down to inquire and was informed by H.'s family that the motorbike got a flat tire while on the way to take the candidate to the Thanh Son High School exam site. It was almost time for the exam and it was raining heavily, so the patrol team contacted a nearby resident to park the broken motorbike and took the candidate to the exam site by a specialized vehicle.

In Krong Buk district, Dak Lak province, a candidate discovered that he had forgotten his documents when arriving at the high school graduation exam site. The Traffic Police Team of Krong Buk district police immediately took him home to get his documents.

Specifically, at the examination site of Phan Dang Luu High School (Pong Drang town, Krong Buk district), a case of a candidate forgetting his/her documents at home was recorded when the examination time was approaching.

Realizing the anxiety of candidate H'Ngát N., the traffic police force of Krong Buk district police on duty at Phan Dang Luu high school exam site proactively paid attention, asked about her and learned that H'Ngát N. forgot to bring her documents.

Immediately, the traffic police used a special vehicle to take the candidate home to get his documents. With the help of the traffic police, the candidate returned to the exam location on time.
