At the ceremony, the representative of the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on transferring the Party organization and Party members of the Ban Ve Hydropower Company Party Committee to the Party Committee of Power Generation Corporation 1, under the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer the Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company with 6 Party organizations and 80 Party members from under the Nghe An Enterprise Bloc Party Committee to under the Party Committee of Power Generation Corporation 1, under the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group, under the Party Committee of Central Enterprises Bloc.

The Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company, formerly the Party Committee of Hydropower Project Management Board 2, was renamed the Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company under the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies in Decision No. 91 dated June 6, 2011 of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies.
By 2019, the Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company was transferred to the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc. Currently, the Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company has 6 subordinate Party cells, with 80 official Party members. The Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term has 9 comrades; of which, the Standing Committee has 3 comrades; the Party Committee's Inspection Committee has 3 comrades working part-time.
