- Vietnam currently has about 150 proptechs (real estate technology platforms), even many technology “unicorns”. However, buying and selling houses online is still not possible. In your opinion, where is the problem?

There are many proptech platforms today, but they are mainly real estate brokerage intermediaries. Very few sites are developed by investors themselves, so the database is limited, and many information sites are even unofficial and unverified.

In particular, most of these platforms only solve part of the transaction process, such as selling, searching, comparing, or lending... No platform can bring a comprehensive, "all-in-one" integrated experience to customers. Customers also cannot complete a home buying journey directly from the developer, without going through an intermediary (B2C model).
